Hey there! Mike here. I’m the cofounder of We Buy Houses For Cash along with my business partner John. We met in 2017 through a mutual passion for real estate. Since 2017, we have bought, flipped, sold, and kept hundreds of properties in multiple markets across the country.
Through our experiences, we have seen firsthand the frustration of selling a house that needs a lot of work or needs to sell quickly, but for a fair price. Along with that, real estate agents promising that it will be fine and you will get an amazing price, only for the house to sit for months with reduction after reduction. We thought “there has to be a better way to sell your home…”

We Buy Houses For Cash gives homeowners across the country a way to sell their house quickly and for a fair price without the stress and hassle of listing. After working for a physical therapy company, Mike got started in real estate in 2015 with his own real estate investment company. After working with John on a successful real estate business in East Tennessee, he again decided to work with John and form We Buy Houses For Cash. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling and exploring new cities.

Before real estate, John worked in the restaurant industry and was able to successfully implement strategies and systems that helped not only produce results but overall customer satisfaction. He is able to take that experience and implement it in his own business to consistently create a customized solution for homeowners. He loves what he does and looks forward to helping you in any real estate problem you face.
